Amazon Profit Checker ("the Extension") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

The Extension collects only the following data:

• Email address — only if you voluntarily enter it in the "Subscribe" form within the Extension. This is sent to Formspree (our form processing service) so we can send you product recommendations.
• Panel collapse preference — stored locally on your device using Chrome's storage API to remember whether you collapsed the panel. This data never leaves your device.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect browsing history or URLs you visit
• We do not collect product data or prices from Amazon pages
• We do not collect personal information beyond your email (if voluntarily provided)
• We do not use cookies or tracking technologies
• We do not sell or share any data with third parties

How the Extension Works

The Extension reads publicly visible product prices and titles from Amazon product pages to display profit calculations. All calculations happen locally in your browser. No product data is transmitted to any server.

Third-Party Services

• Formspree — processes email subscriptions. See Formspree's Privacy Policy.
• Alibaba — the "Find Supplier" link opens Alibaba's website in a new tab. We do not share any data with Alibaba.

Data Storage

Email addresses submitted through the subscribe form are stored by Formspree. Your panel collapse preference is stored locally on your device using chrome.storage.local and is never transmitted.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your email by contacting us. You can uninstall the Extension at any time to remove all locally stored data.
